I was trying to download the Blackberry professional software from the Blackberry site and one of the rquirements before one can download is to enter the BB PIN number. When I entered my BB PIN there was an error message "PIN code invalid" and the download would not start. Can someone assist me how I can resolve this issue. Thanks

Did you make sure you entered it in correctly?

Did you try a different PIN if you have one available?

Have you downloaded it before with that PIN?

It looks like the PIN code was changed when I installed the Desktop Manager and BB Desktop Redirector software from the CD that came with the BB. How do I undo this?
As you suggested I tried to download BPS with another PIN code and it downloaded fine. Please can someone advise me how I can undo the changes caused by the BB desktop Redirector software installation?

The PIN number that is assigned to your device is not able to be changed by desktop manager. It is not a PIN number like a bank card or password. A device PIN is like a Social security number/ MAC address for your device

on device goto options, settings, status to see your devcie PIN number.
