Hello,
there is a reconciliation problem with our BES. We are on BES 5 and Lotus Domino messaging. After a message is read in LN client in BB remains as unread. I found many threads about the delay of reconiliation but it is not the same. Messages read yestreday in LN client are still marked as unread in my device. Wireless reconcile option is on and Reconcile now option works perfectly. Can you please give me some tips what to check? Thank you very much
