Hi mate, sorry but it appeared I was annoying people, I am pretty much shattered after the long weekend I have had trying to sort out issues with SBS and blackberry's etc.
I don't appear to be getting my head around the whole BPS issue, is the software free with 1 licence and you pay approx £300/$500 for 5 licences ? Will it definately sync calendars from outlook aswell as email without having to put the BB in the cradle etc ?
