I would like to increase the default size of message which is downloaded to a particular users device. This is because he travels to work on the underground rail system, where there is no cellular coverage, so doesn’t have the ability to download the rest of the message.

Is there a way to set this for a particular user?

We are running BES 4.1.038 for Exchange 2003.

I don't see any settings that would allow you to push more then the first chunk it pushes. That is what automore is users for. I understand your need for the whole message and there might be a reghack but to keep network effiency Blackberry doesn't relay the whole message for any messages.
