I upgraded my 8830 to 4.2.2.176 and everytime I try to reactive it on the BES I get a APP 576 error. Where can I find the older versions of the os for my BB? My current provider is VW.

That's a tough one, you could just use a different carrier's software, like Bell or Sprint, and see if that helps.
