BBweather is giving me a Certificate expired error, at least it went away when I deleted it.

Hi I tried to download for bbtoday on my blackberry torch but the weather wont open or change the local or zip code. It just appeared from Texas that is it. I tried 1.5 or 1.6 but not working. Help me thanks.
