I have pocketmac and i use the Mail app on my mac to get my emails... on the pocketmac app it asks me if i want to redeliever or forward my new imcoming email from my OSXMail to my blackberry. If i dont do this will I not recieve email? or what does this acctually mean?

also on BIS how long does it usually or should it take to recieve emails on my BB?? it seems to take a really long time (anywhere from 10 - 90 mins).
