I have some Java applications stored on my phone. They do not appear in the list of applications when I go to Options->Advanced->Applications

Is there any way to remove these without hooking my BB up to my PC?

Well, if you can't see them, and they arnt in your apps list, they are not installed so you cannot remove somethinh that isn't there

I do see them. I can run them through the normal menu. They just do not appear in the applications list.

are you sure they arent just icons that once clicked goes to a browser page?
these are service book pushed icons and only way is to hide them.
