This is driving me insane!

Ok here is the deal! I wanted a fresh start on my blackberry as I had to much "crap" on there. all my contacts, calendar, music etc is all on my laptop so I didn't need to back it up as I can/will just sync it later.

SO

I did the following:

Security>Security wipe. (I assume(d) this completely wipes it and put its back to how it was out of the box)


Now there is no Apps, third party stuff, themes on it anymore, its back to how it was when I first brought it home!

So why is it, whenever I restart it, turn it on from being "off" or battery pull I get this!


Uncaught Exception Java.Lang.error



????????

How cn I fix this before this tiny annoying little thing makes my head implode.

You need to wipe with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ) and then reload the OS. That should fix it. The security wipe must have left some files from an app or theme that you had installed.

Plus that type of error is difficult to find as it is generally caused by an incompatible app or theme or a corrupt file(s).

Google is your friend. Maybe this will help. If not Google the error and see what you find.

HAPPY HAPPY guy!

I finally...after two days...Fixed this god forskaen error!!!

And here is how!


Application management>Modules!

Sat down and looked over every single one.....took me 30 mins...but guess what I found...

I found a *** ****Twitter module...I though...that isnt right as I dont have twitter app on my BB!

Deleted it..... Removed battery...Placed batter back in... tuned on...

Glad you got it sorted. As I said, something that the wipe didn't completely remove.
