I updated my device successfully using Desktop 6.0, and the other menu items on the left side of the application all appear to work fine UNTIL you attempt to click on either of the two drop-down menus on the top left. That's where it crashes every time. I gather this is where I'd find the Desktop Redirector configurations? I tried alternate ways of getting to the menus - cursoring around, Alt-First Letter, etc. all caused it to crash with this appearing in the Event Log:

I have everything up to date on my machine and run Win 7 Pro 64 bit with Office 2010.

I think the 64-bit OS could be the problem. From what I read, this version was for 32-bit with 64-bit to follow early next year.

That is all I know at the moment. Maybe someone else with a bit more insight will be along shortly and provide a solution.
