What kind of help do you expect? Is this your phone or did you find it. Carriers block stolen phones or ones with payment issues.
You need to have the carrier activate the phone and pay a bill. At some point the BBM will not work and Ixxx8217;m surprised it still does.

So, your question is will you end up being charged for using BBM? Maybe. You should assume that you will.

agreed but I wonder how they will bill the OP if they already cut off service. I would suspect they will block service all together.

I don't see a question in either of the OP's posts.

I reaaly don't know. Seems possible for the service provider to have turned off service but still have the meter running on data up to the point the bill is sold to a bill collecter. I don't know.

You just hijacked someone elses thread which has nothing to do with your issue. Please open your own thread in the 9700 forum.

Hijacked a thread and asked two questions that can be answered with a quick search.

From the OP's statement is sounds like a mistake at Orange has allowed her to continue to use her data connection. Assume it will end shortly and data charges will be tacked onto any outstanding balance.

Solution: pay your bill.
