Are the pictures on a Media Card in the BlackBerry or in the Device Memory?

Plug it into your Mac via USB. The BB should mount to the desktop like a removable drive. You can double-click on it to open it in a Finder window, navigate to the pictures folder, and drag/drop onto your MacBook desktop.

Maker sure you have mass media support turned on in the BlackBerry.

Follow rambo's steps posted above.

To enable media card support, go to Options. Then look under advanced options for the media card (it might be memory depending upon the OS version on the device).

Alternately, you can take the card out of the device and put it in a card reader in the computer and read the drive that way.
