Hello,

I got a Blackberry Curve yesterday and I simply want to synchronize it via USB with my Outlook.

I installed the Desktop Manager software and initialized synchronization.

Everything seems to work fine (Calendar, Contacts, Tasks) except... Mails.

Mails do not get synchronized between Laptop and BB.

In the Desktop Manager "Configure Reconciliation" dialogue window I cannot select a personal folder. The drop down list under "select which personal folder to reconcile messages" just shows: "empty".

For all other Outlook items (Calendar, Contacts, Tasks) the correct folder is shown.

Any help on this is highly appreciated!

Nothing is wrong.
Mail doesn't sync on a BlackBerry. That's just the way it works.

Mail gets delivered wirelessly using BIS, BES or Desktop Redirector.
My guess is that you should be using BIS.

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan? You'll need one for email.
