I guess I never looked into it, but I am surprised that TMobile wouldn't just give you a new SIM. Is every carrier like that?

I went to my local T-Mobile store and described my problem and they gave me a new sim card and it made 0 difference with my problem. I still have the calls cutting out after a couple mins.

However, I've been in San Francisco for the past few days and haven't dropped a call yet. But I fly back to Dallas in a few hours so we'll see if I have better luck when I get back home

I had the problem come back once today. I'm sure the new card didnt do anything but it makes me feel better for some reason. Since i have received this card i have had 1 problem with the call cutting out out of at least 30 calls and before it was about 1 in 3 calls.

Has anyone been able to track the call dropout/clicking issue resulting from an inbound data message (email etc.) trying to be delivered to the phone?

I will check it on mine next time. I get literally thousands of emails a day so it should be easy for me to confirm one way or the other.

When this first started happening, I had the Data Services disabled on my device and still had the issue, so that pretty much takes that out of the equation as a possibility
