Default Need assistance: BB device calender to sync w/ computer

Please Login to Remove!

Hello!
Just a newb BB user here in need of assistance from you guys.
Really enjoy reading through this forum, what a wealth of knowledge!

So, I don't personally own any BB's, but I have to support the BB users in my office. Many have various models so this is just a blanket question about syncing.

A user inputs info into her Calender on the device, connects it to her desktop (the desktop manager is installed) and tries to sync into her computers Outlook 07. Which option should I hit?

I'm unsure if I hit sync Two-way or not because all I want to do is transfer her device to her desktop Calender. I don't want it to delete all the info she put into her BB. I hit One-way from device to computer but it doesn't sync the device info, it just says Sync complete.

What am I doing wrong?
Thank you!

Doing a sync depends on what you want to sync and where you want the data to go. Generally the sync to the BB will put the info on the BB. If you sync to the PC it will over write the data on the PC.
I would suggest going the Blackberry web site and read up on the features available to the DM software.
