I am trying to listen to XM Radio online on my Curve. It says my browser does not support the functionality for the application. How can I listen to the online version of XM Radio on my phone.

Not quite sure about the online version, however, you can use the streaming music app on the BB. It's XM and it's already installed.

What do you mean by activate? You just click on it and accept the agreement.

Are you refering to the the XM Radio Mobile for Blackberry available from XM's website? xmradio<dot>com/bb

As I remember that's a 24hr trial version that you then need to subscribe an extra $8/month after it times out becasue it's not associated with your current radio account. The other down side to this 3rd party app is that it only had 20 preset channels (not all of them).
