Default New member MSN problem

Hello Guys;
This is my first message to Blackberry Forums. I hope we will enjoy talk together.
My name is Suleyman- From Turkey.
I am working in a shipowner and broker company which is AksoyShipping.
(if you have any bulk carrier, call to me ;) )
I am using 8100 pearl apprximately 1 year.

Anyway;
I have a problem about set up programe for msn mesenger.
I mean, I instaled Jivetalk, IM, quickim programes to my PC, ofcourse trial versions, because first I want to try then i will pay. Actually i dont know how i will continau to finish set up. I know one prog. is enough for msn, Instaled programe is in my PC, but it is not .exe therefore i can not set up. moreover i tried to move it from my pc to my BB with cable. but i couldnt, also i dont know what should i do, PLS advice and inform me step by step.

You need to use the application loader in BlackBerry Desktop manager to install these on your device, unless you download them directly from your BlackBerry.

Yep, Finally i accomplished. Now i am connecting to msn with webmessenger.

Also Thank you nick, by the way i tried to moving program with using destop manager but it did not..

is any body know what is the cost of webmesenger? I mean how will i pay? (Do i pay? ) do i pay for each messeges or pay during to online time ?

I should have noted in my post, you need to have the current version of your OS for the BB loaded onto your PC to use app loader. I believe webmessenger just uses data rates as charges, so if you are on an unlimited data plan, it will be free.

I have just installed and set up webmessenger to my blackberry. However I don't know what is the cost of chat with webmessrnger? Could you inform me how much and how will I pay? Do I pay for each messeges or do I pay for dialing online time?

The service uses the mobile data channel so the only charges you will incur are related to what mobile data plan you are subscribed to with your mobile operator (e.g., monthly subscription, per KB, etc.).

Suleyman, welcome to the BBF!

All correct... WebMessenger is free from the developer, and uses mobile data as stated. According to your carrier data plan, if it is unlimited, it will pull from that.
