just talked to a buddy of mine and the update will be avail Saturday. the 18th...tommorrow. Just a small pushback, (he works for Tmobile "rep") I cant wait to upgrade my OS at Midnight!!

I have had that exact same issue. I'd would prefer to turn the voice dialing completely off if I could. And if I pull the headphone jack out just a tiny bit l have stereo. But i'm using a Radio Shack 3.5 to 2.5 adapter and i kinda thought that was the problem.

I have the T-mobile stero headphones and have never had any issues in fact they work perfect couldnt ask for a better pair.. About the OS release i called T-mo and they said the 18th I asked if that ment 12:00 mindnight and I got she wasent sure if that was eastern time or western so by morning it will be up and running for download. I know everyone is saying its all the same but she ran through a list of release notes and it was very long even though I have the O2 4.2.064 running now im going to switch to
T-mo's for the reason Jibi stated and maybe its just a little different who knows I guess we will all see...

Did you download and install the new desktop software first? And you must uninstall the old desktop first.

I'm still downloading. These are some large files. I'll let you know what happens.

I downloaded it and it installs just fine. I cancelled the installation, however. I'm just waiting for someone else to do it first and give some feedback.
