Okay, I have a Curve 8300, and as of last night, after having my BB plugged in all night, and being plugged into the computer right now, the battery charge icon says my charge is only at 1/2.
Using the newest 4.5 OS, and if it matters, the Precision Bold theme.
This just started last night. Rebooted the BB, and still the same thing. Shows as charging, just won't go past 1/2.

Since it's a 8300, and not the newer 8320, how long have you had it? The battery might be going bad.

okay, i'm on 4.2 with the precision bold theme...

i don't know if this helps but the battery indicator isn't very 'precise'...
it will show full, half or red... there aren't any in-betweens...

it's a bit stressing but i just alt+EACE when i'm worried...
