I apologize as I know this issue has been addressed before. I am wondering how to get images to display in my gmail emails. I should note that I am using the gmail app, not having gmail messages sent to my bb email account.
Upon doing a search of the forums, there were two suggestions. First, I have verified the "Download Images Automatically" is set to Yes. Second, when I have a gmail email open, it was suggested to open the menu and choose "Get Images". Unless I am missing something, I have no Get Images option on my menu.
Can someone please offer a suggestion? I'm sure I'm just confused about something. Thanks in advance!
To my knowledge, the GMail app doesn't support images.
The suggestions you are referring to are only relevant if you have integrated your GMail account using BIS. They aren't referring to the GMail app.
