It's neither!
The plural of BlackBerry is BlackBerrys.

BlackBerry, as in reference to the wireless device, is a proper noun, hence it does not get pluralized as if it were a typical noun.
If you were referring to the fruit called Blackberry... then the plural would be Blackberries.
Blackberry's is also incorrect, since it would imply possession.

How many times can we discuss this ridiculous topic in this forum?
I hope this gets locked really soon.

Actually, I didn't remove it. I merged it with your previous post. You however deleted it after I had done so. Nice try.

OK, Paul. Keep flexing your mod-muscles. We both know the truth.

Yeah, I'll keep flexing, don't you go worrying your pretty little head about it. And yes, we both do know the truth, don't we.

I stand corrected by "Joe English Major", and a Red Sox fan at that. How utterly embarrassing. I'm cancelling my "membership".

Hey, nothing wrong with Sox fans, he's not the only one that has posted in this thread. Can you guess who the other is?

You're all wrong.
Research In Motion
It's "BlackBerry devices" as I stated before. Since this is not an option on the poll I didn't vote.

This thread is pointless and as Penguin said it has been discussed multiple times. Closing thread.
