Thanks.

It is a little tricky figuring out all the masks and Tile Image stuff. But once you get it you can fly thru them.

When time allows I may do ALL the BIG10 (except Ohio State )

I'd love to create a transparent theme with icons for non-standard applications as well. Is there any way to do this?

I'm not using transparent themes due to this reason (I'd like to have icons for apps like Verichat, accuweather etc up top).

Thanks, Sabesh.

PS> Here my latest. Blue Hollyhock theme for 8700:

I asked this before and the answer was no. I just put them at the bottom or corners.

Awesome job! I'd love to rock that theme on my 8700r. If you could make that for the 8700 and post it that'd be great. Thanks.

The 72xx and 75xx Them Buildler automatically resizes the icon images to 36x36. So, if you're starting image is somewhat larger, it will be reduced in size to fit into the theme. There's no way to change that ... your best bet is to work with the images until they look good at 36x36.

Default 8700 Spotlight

Each homescreen icon is light shaded and the icon focus is a spotlight.

Carriebear_20, that Oakland A's theme is hot, I'm from Oakland...I would love to have that one.

Also, everytime I try to add a theme to my BB, it shows up as a theme, but I can't activate it...anybody know why?

I'm trying to get my icons transparent...I've set the opacity to 40% but they still block out the background.

Am I missing a setting in photoshop?

You can get a totally transparent icon by opening a new image with the correct size and a transparent background the saving it. Then just replace all the non-focus images with this file. I'm pretty sure a search for transparent icons would hane found this information.

Hope this helps.

This file has been updated, it now contains all the profile icons in transluscent form. Anything else I can add let me know I'll try to help.
