My Curve is acting up.I am getting a huge delay in e-mails, cannot connect to the internet and I might have to wipe it.Which I do not want to do.I backed it up of course but I am afraid my device pictures,etc will be wiped.I do not know what to do! Should I wipe it and start all over?? I started getting problems when I downloaded the latest version of Viigo.Darn you Viigo darn you!

delete viigo and then do a battery pull. Fyi your backup contains your pics they won't be lost

if u have pictures, etc on a media card it will not be wiped out.

I took out the battery,rebooted,etc and I still cannot get on the internet or send e-mails

Resend your service books and do a second battery pull

Once you send your books give it about 10 mins if it doesn't come up do a battery pull
