is there any way i can look up the email settings on an account on my blackberry...like incoming/outgoing server, ports and encryption?

i just bought the droid...and i cant get one of my email accounts set up...and the IT people don't know anything...

Blackberry does not work like that. Blackberry hand shakes with the BES server and you don't have to do anything else. Your IT people should know. you need to know your domain and server name for your Droid to work. Check you e-mail senting on your work computer that my help?

its a novell email server...and messing around with it could not find anywhere in the client where it says incoming and outgoing servers and ports and authentication
