Hello everyone, I've recently encountered this problem with my 9700 running on OS 6. Whenever I make a call, the sound would just constantly drop and come back in. And I'm also inable to navigate the in-call menu, I would scroll to the mute button and it would just lead right back to the speaker button. The little headphone animation on the top right also flashes. Can anybody help me solve this problem? Should I downgrade back to OS 5? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Depending on the release of the OS6 you used it may be buggy. Either look for the latest OS6 for the 9700 or go back to ver 5. Some people are having no issues with 6 and some are.
