I'm a BB newbie. I just purchased my 7100i on the 1st of this month. I didn't like the way the other BB's looked in the past, but it was something about this one that caught my eye.

In the early stages of puberty on my 7130 after 3 weeks now. Company has BES but will not allow "personal" BBs so I'm in the process of figuring out the best workaround because I don't like the model my company will provide free of charge.. May still be hope as I have not heard the final "no" after escalating my push for "yes" further up the chain of command.

Have about 8 yrs. of various Palms (junk) and 2 yrs of Windows which was much better than Palm. So far, BB is head and shoulders above them all!

Been using BBs since July 2004. Just upgraded to a 7290 from a 7230.

I ahve been using a BlackBerry since 2001 and I have really enjoyed. For a little while, I used the Treo 650 and what a mistake that was. That is the most unstable phone I have ever used with all of its constant resets and screen freezes throughout the day. Besides that, you needed to spend and extra $100-$200 to get the phone to do what it should have right out of the box with third party apps like Volume Care and Chatter Email for push email. I'm glad to be back home to my BlackBerry. I'm glad to not be going through all of those resets throughout the day. My work day had become very unproductive using it and I ahd begun to work harder and not smarter with it.
