I just got a huge bill from Rogers with $225 of additional DATA CHARGES. I have an unlimited Data Plan but it looks on the bill like they cap it at 25600kb.
How am I supposed to track my data usage if they don't provide a DATA COUNTER on the device?
I plan on refusing to pay or threatening to switch to Telus.
I'm a "High Value Customer" according to their classification system.(I've spent at least $50,000 over 12 years)
Any ideas as to how far I can push to get what I want.
FYI, I just added Home phone and High speed internet(Which still doesn't work) to the account. I just did a hardware upgrade and none of the credits they were supposed to have given me were applied to my account(all $350 worth). So my bill which is usually about $200 is almost $1,000.00
My wife nearly killed me when she saw the bill and I can't go home until I resolve it with Rogers. I'm so pi$$ed at Rogers. AARRRRGGG!!!
