I inherited our Blackberry environment from another person. I've ran the environment fairly seamlessly for about 1 1/2 years. We have about 280 people. We were on version 3.6 for the longest time and just recently we moved to 4.1.2 .

Because of problems we had with other products, I've been asked to look at our Blackberry environment to make sure we can address issues before they become big ones.

Because we have had very little problems with it, my knowledge of it has been limited.

I was wondering if there is a 'down to earth' admin guide that talks about hung threads and things an admin does daily or preventative maintance on their BES environment.

With this information I am hoping to make an educated guess on which products to buy.
