Please Login to Remove!

After calling and calling and complaing and basically threatening to leave for iphone I finally, FINALLY got someone to ship me a phone yesterday and looks like they sent it overnight and will be here byb 3pm today. It is on fedex truck for delivery. NOW, will it be any better than garbage horrible screen i got first time? Will it be new, refurb? I will post back later. My advice to all of you, complain, be persistent, but be nice!

UPDATE!!!!

Just arrived. Has .65 (DARN), same hardware as other one. Assembled in mexico like other one. Screen in corners espeically seems to be a BIT better but still not as nice as my wife's that showed up last week. So yes I opened my mouth, got one fast but really waht good did it do me? AT&T Bold????????????????????

You'll be sorry if it ships with the old OS (.65)! Just more for you to hassle with after you get it.

Pushing a few buttons and waiting a half hour is hardly a big hassle....

Some people always have problems updating. And after they do there's sometimes stuff that doesn't work anymore. It can be easy and it can be frustrating, you never know.

I'd suggest these people buy a dumb phone if the same ones always have problems.

I've done countless updates and never encountered an un-recoverable error. Granted I've never had a power failure in the middle of one either!
