Daryl,
I see you on other sites. You seem to always be on top of the updates.

Thank you.

What a PITA always having to redo the "custom titles"... I use custom titles for my feeds to order them the way I want them... but every time I upgrade the OS or viigo itself, I have to redo them... so I don't upgrade often.

Seriously, you can already manage your feeds on the website... how difficult can it be to add a field for the custom titles on that web page. As good as viigo is, and as much as I like it, it's equally frustrating at times. It's the little things that can make or break a deal...

I this update is geared for some of users that have to combat with IT policies to get the program to work properly.

If you haven't already done so, you should checkout PodTrapper, available at http://www.versatilemonkey.com/

Features (listed on their web page):
  • Automatic downloading of new episodes via Wifi (and soon via desktop app)
  • Automatic downloading of new episodes via Cell network (On most carriers)
  • Downloads via desktop application for those without Wifi or with difficult carriers
  • Keeps track of last played podcast
  • Remembers where you left off in every episode
  • Reliable pause and resume of downloads when connectivity changes
  • Built in keylock to allow for control of audio in your pocket
I started using PodTrapper about a week and a half ago and have found the program to work wonderfully.

Once I see a dollar sign next to an app or theme, I feel like someone just told me there is no Santa Claus. I'll wait for Viigo to pull through

That does look like a cool app. I have not gotten hooked on podcasts yet so I think I too can wait for it to be added to Viigo.

I know what you mean but i used the trial version for about half an hour and then paid the $10. It works great. Download podcasts wherever you are? essential app for me. If viigo sorts itself out tomorrow i'll be a bit miffed mind you.
