I Thought This New Device Was Suppose To Have New And Working Media Player?

I Go To Different Websites, Such As Cnn.com, And Can't Watch Any Videos? Any Suggestions, Or Do I Need To Download A Media Player That Will Work Playing Video's Off Websites?

The 8830 comes with a media player that will only play videos that you download to an optional micro SD card. The videos need to be converted to a pretty specific format before they will work. You won't be able to watch videos from web sites. That said, the video does look pretty good once you go through the trouble to convert it.

Converting videos to the proper format with the new 4.2 SP2 Desktop Manager Software is quite easy though.
