Hey everyone.. Any idea when the blackberry media synch will work for the BOLD? it is saying i do not have a supported device and cant pullmy itunes videos down to it.

When I attempt to install Blackberry Media Sync, it crashes. I've been using the Roxio "Media Manager". It does the job but it is certainly klunky and slow.

i havent had any problems with Media Sync...i have 2 itunes playlist synced to Bold! I am using Desktop Manager 4.6 that came with my ATT Bold.

Videos are not supported AFAIK.

If your videos are not DRM protected, you should be able to move them over using media manager (Roxio) within desktop manager.

Blackberry Media Sync doesn't support videos or the Roxio Media Sync? Because I've got videos going onto the device via the Roxio app.

That's not quite what I said/meant. BB media sync doesn't support videos. Roxio media DOES.
