Default @vzw.blackbery.net and Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

Ok I have in Outlook n0m0n profile, which has been used for years. (years worth of appointment info)
When I got my Storm and setup n0m0nn for the @vzw.blackberry.net account with Verizon in early March.
Since all my appointments going forward are in the n0m0nn calender.
I need to take the n0m0nn appointments and migrate them into n0m0n or create a n0m0nn profile in Outlook in (addition to the n0m0n already there), so that I dont loose my last 3-4 months appointments.

I hope this is clear.

I can afford loose to loose the emails and contacts for n0m0nn (would like the contacts to combine as well but secondary wish).

The n0m0n/n0m0nn are just example accounts so email wont work to them.
Thanks

I think that the point is to basically not use the vzw.blackberry.net account and use the primary ISP account.

Not a good idea to use the carrier supplied email address (in this example vzw.blackberry.net and here is why:

1. If the address gets "harvested" you will get more SPAM that you wish as it is totally unfiltered.

2. If and when you change carriers, you cannot take the address with you - it is gone forever. I assume the same for the calendar.

3. the only way to view email on that address is on the BB itself, no webmail option.. So when there is a data outage, no email and probably no calendar info.

In essence, then there will be no need to merge the two calender accounts together since you will be using the original one -- everything will stay in that.

Ok the above good direction was why I wanted to get my past 4 months (March to Present) into my Outlook account which appears to be the default Calender.
I have tried to 1 by 1 recreate the events (missing months no because there gone) and now cant get Outlook to sync with the BB.

I am getting the following error: Function Openfile failed.

Steps that I have done are go into DM choose the the BB should sync 1 direction Outlook to device. (copied from vzw.bb.net to oultlook via computer).
and I get that error message.
It appears that the vzw calender still has 53 appointments on it so I guess they will be lost.

Any ideas as to what is going wrong?
Thanks
