Default BES Express - Wireless calendar doesn't work?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BESX environment stood up for our BYOT effort. I have tested and used this BES for a week and everything worked fine (email send / receive, wireless PIM, reconcile, MDS etc)

Added a couple users who agreed to pilot and their wireless PIM doesn't work. I switched one of our spare BB to a consumer plan and confirmed and again everything works as expected.

I'm using Web Desktop Manager for users and the workflow I use to activate is such:

- Login to BESX BAS
- Add User to BESX and set a EA password
- Have user login to BESX WDM
- Plug in BB to USB
- I'm unsure here what to do, usually the BB will just automatically kick off the EA after a minute. Should you do a normal EA using the email address / pwd set? Its been a long time since I did a cabled EA .. (no more mouse movement?)

This is holding up this project so any help / experience would be great. I've already checked CDO/Mapi/Permissions etc
