Default BerryWeather Latest Version

Please Login to Remove!

I have and greatly enjoy BerryWeather. I recently upgraded to 5.0 on my tour and had an upgrade
option for the app. Well I did a cc purchase through the other CB website\forums community and
I received no confirmation on my initial purchase. So, I used another credit card and bought it again.

To try to shorten this: I received no activation codes or response from anyone at BellShare.com.
I have sent emails to customer service over there and at least I expect some kind of response.

I did receive two invoice emails stating that the code was enclosed and it was nowhere to be found.
I don't know what to do at this point because it has been several days now with only one business day.
Even when I go to the App store and try to find my codes, there is nothing there except where I had
bought the latest version. In other words everything is there except the code field is blank.

Can one of you guys help me with this? I am thinking that at least maybe someone from BellShare
will respond whenever they see this. This is a great app but customer service is non-existent over there.

Thanks,

Bing0

file a complaint with crackberry since you bought it through them and dispute the transaction with the cc company

lol, Bing0, you bought it Crackberry and come here looking for assistance?

We have our own app store here... you're welcome to use it, too. See the link on the top menu bar above.
