What's the latest Blackberry Maps version available? When I look at the application on my 8830, it says the version is 1.2.3. When I look on Blackberry's web site via my BB for Blackberry Maps, I see version 1.2.26 as the version available for download, which is older than what I already have. What gives?

I use Google Maps for the most part, but it would be nice if Blackberry would update their maps program because there are a few nice features on there and I'd love to see BB maps updated even further....like Google updates their maps program.

There's no listing for Blackberry Maps on mobile.blackberry.com. Only maps I see there are the paid versions. The only place I can find the Blackberry Maps free app is here: BlackBerry - PDA GPS - BlackBerry Maps at BlackBerry.com

I just tried linking thru but the software is no longer available.

I just got an 8700c as a back up until I can 'upgrade' back to a pearl.
After installing system 4.5, still no blackberry maps. argh. what gives??
