Hi All,

I have developed a application, primarily for J2ME now we are porting it to BB our target device is 8310, till now everything seems working fine until we tried to start the voice recording on the phone and tried to use the platform request api.

in the first scenario what happens is, as soon as we start recording we recieve a security prompt on the device, but before we try to negotiate with that prompt our application get crashed while on emulator it works fine.

in the second scenario we are using platform request api to call a number, the case is we are trying to call this api from a background thread other than the thread in keypressed is called. we are getting the error "pushModalScreen called from the non event thread."

Please let us know if you guys can help us in it.
