im trying to find a trackball for my friend. i have an 8310 and i replaced my trackball cuz i didnt like the grainy feeling of it. i payed way too much to have it instantly. i know the 81xx, 83xx and 88xx are the same trackballs. im looking for the older, smoother trackballs without that grainy feeling. is there anyway to tell that the ones on ebay are the grainy or smooth ones? any know where i can get the smooth ones? thanks...

the rough ones came with my 8310, when i first got it an when i got it replaced. i replaced my first one with the smooth and same with my replacement. and when i bought a black keypad i bought it with the send end back and app key and trackball and it was rough. so ive come into a few and hate the rough feeling. thanks for sites. i usually browse and shop at cnn.cn but i was kind of skeptical when looking at the trackball pics. but if you say so then i will believe you. but if its rough... you want a trackball? lol
