Cannot install production SRP key

Got a situation I hope someone can help clarify.
I have a client that bought BES 4.1.6, which we had in stock (SRP Key and Identifier)
But when they went to download the software a few days later the BES download software changeover had occured to 5.0. (around May 5 or so)
Now the trial key works on his BES, but the production key does not.
We had two other clients that were in the same boat and they have had no problems.
He gets an error stating that it could not connect under that key and when it ask him to continue and he does, he gets an error message.
We are kinda in no man's land as I cannot get the right download for the SRP Key (4.1.6) but then again, should that SRP key make a difference between 4.1.6 and 5.0?
Stumped.
