CEO just got his Tour a month or so ago. I helped him create and name a custom sound profile. His problem is that it seems to change on its own. He s thinking that it changes when he puts in and takes out of his holster. Is there a hidden combination af keys that may inadvertently get pressed to change the sound profile?

Mine didn't change on its own, but today I noticed the sounds are all messed up. For one it was actually ringing while in the holster when it was set not to and the tone was wrong. And my tone on messaging was wrong. Still the same profile and when I went in and looked at settings they were all what they were supposed to be. IDK Weird!
