Default Bad device record set: PM support no response

Please Login to Remove!

Everything had been working ok, but several days ago when I synced pocket mac hung and didn't complete causing my imac to freeze. I had to do a hard reboot of the mac and now when I run pocketmac I get the following: "Unexpected error. Bad device record set. Check that OID values are unique across records." Sometimes pocketmac seems to work with this warning message, sometimes it freezes the mac. I asked PM support about this last week, but have no response from them. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm using the 4.1 version of PM with a Verizon 8130. Thanks.

1st make sure your data is backed up. Have you tried repairing permissions and rebooting? If that does not work I would uninstall PM, make sure your get everything, use spotlight. Then I would re-download it and repair permissions after that. Make sure you are on an admin account when you do anything with PM.
