Default How do I remove micro SD card?

Please Login to Remove!

I need to remove my micro SD card from my 9630 but it's not as simple as my 8830.

And I have looked on the forums but didn't see a post nor do I see it in my book.

Can some tell me how to get it the card out??

Thanks but we figured it out. It was just a little snug.

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

Just to vent. I do wish, there was a simpler way as we do with a PC

It took me a while to figure out how to remove it also.

That's the first thing my sales rep showed me on the device when he went to install the battery. He showed me the tab that locks the MicroSD card in place. I'd rather have a metal retainer than a plastic tab I gotta pull.

Ya, it's snug design.

Even if you use a pointed device to hold the plastic lock down the problem is the card itself (or at least my Sandisk brand) does not have a deep enough lip built into it so one could get a nail on it and slide it out.

I find putting a small screwdriver in above the clip and twisting it to the left usually slides the card right out.

But I don't carry around a screwdriver so I wish they would make the card with a bigger lip.

Yes I agree that the metal retainer would be much better!
