Sorry to bring up an old post....found it on a Google search. Since it was never answered, I will do so now, just in case someone else has this problem.

I went through and added all of the correct information (I thought) for an OWA account through BIS. Still Kept getting "Cannot Connect to server" error. Then I came acrossed the above referenced guide and it pointed out one thing that I did wrong. I was putting in my own identifier for mailbox name. Since all of the settings already had a field I figured this was for a display name on the phone. WRONG!! I used the username in this field (even though username already has a field) and it fixed the problem)

thanks a ton buddy..the linked helped and now my work mail works just fine..tried everything i could, before this, but nothing worked..but the link helped without any hassel..thanks again..
