Question Google Maps 3.2.0

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone tried it yet? I guess they added the "layers" feature.

Really? I don't see a difference. This is the icon I have (and have had for a while):

Is this different from what you see?

Just downloaded it. Seems like it's picking up the GPS location almost immediately instead of having to wait for it Have to play with the layers function and see how it works.

Agreed on the GPS. How about the other new features?

Wikipedia worked, but was pretty worthless. No transit lines, but the bus doesn't come out where I live. Haven't tried the others yet.

At a minimum, the GPS is better. My sense is that we will see a minor update shortly

Previous versions had a constant non transparent (black) underlay icon. Very annoying to look at.

New version caches your state better even after to exit the app. So Lattitude is a layer that stays selected even after you exit the app and come back in (whereas before you had to keep reselecting Latitude in the menu)

But I have logged in on the BB, and have My Maps working on the PC. On the BB is says "My Maps is not supported on the account". But clearly it IS!
