my wifi is working but i only have tzones and hotspots before i updated it had a internet browser or a wifi browser so how do i get that back please help

Options > Advanced > HRT > Menu > Register Now.

You may need to remove the battery, while powered on, and replace to reboot.

ok i did what u said and all it did was say sent didnt do anything then i did the pull battery and its still just showing tzones and hotspot

Did you get a registration message on your message screen?

What is your signal indicator stating... EDGE or edge or ?

yea it saids registration message sent and right now its on edge. but the phone works great other than the fact that i dont have wifi broswer. just tzone and hotspot.

Without EDGE or GPRS, you won't get that registration message.

so u saying to get my wifi browser to work and get the message i have to have my data plan wowwwww and if i dont will i get charged to use tzones or hotspot browser if so forget it im going to my use my iphone for surfing the net

Hotspot browser is wifi browser I know that from my ex-4.5 blackberry by the way, you don't need BIS to access the internet via wifi

so hotspot is the wifi browser cause the old version it was wifi and u could have google or something as your homepage

After reading this thread, I really did not understand melo107's problem, or even the answer to the mystery problem. Is this a generalized Blackberry problem, or just somthing specific to melo107. Sorry for the dullness, but it has been a long day at the office.
