why is it when someone sends me an audio clip/file it's very very hard to hear, selecting 9 for the volume within the text does nothing AND it doesnt let me save the audio file into the phone, anyone know a fix? i'm using the cingular .71 OS

yes i actually had this problem....for the longest time i thought i had a faulty unit when it came to audio messages. You need to set your profile to Loud or normal to hear the audio. If you leave it on vibrate, like i always do, you can hardly hear the message at all. Hope this helps
