apparently the my faves thing automatically assigns a +1 in front of the myfaves ocntact. Now in my inbox the messages comin in as just a +17777777 number and doesnt display the name of the contact anymore. I even tried going into the phone book and adding the +1 in front of the number thinking it would see it and display the name...it didnt. Can anyone think of anything to help me get my contacts to displya when i get a text message in my inbox

soon as you call to activate it they send you a text message and it activates the software inside the phone and the my faves appears

Can't you just change the number on those favorites in your Address Book?

This is a bug with the Myfav's application it has been talked about before in this forum. At this time there is no fix for this. Maybe when T-mobile releases a OS ypgrade this will be addressed. But untill then there is not much you can do about it. I think they could also just fix this bug when whithen the app its self and maybe correct it by sending you the proper fix via service book or something along those lines. If you look at your logs on your blackberry you will also see an error caused by the Myfav's app. Before you ask "how do i check my logs" please use the search button its amazing the amount of info you will find

i HAD the same problem until upgrading to O2. Once you do the software upgrade it fixes the problem, hope this helps.

I just upgraded to the o2 OS and i can't get the myfavs app to come up??? Is the app just not there in the o2 version? The GUI was in the rogers update
