I've seen some 87xx devices have a theme called "today" that I'd like to play around with. How can I load that theme on my sprint 8703e? Is there a .jad file floating around (similar to the zen theme) or do I have to do something strange?

I found (by searching) something that seemed to suggest that a tmobile 87xx OS has that theme in it, but I'm not sure it'd be a good idea to put a GSM OS on a CDMA phone... (I've already "upgraded" my OS by putting an alltel OS on the sprint BB... with no problems at all.)

you have to install the vodafone first, then the today.

That's one of the 'today' themes.... and if you have sprint, you don't have the 8703e, that's verizon

Sprint has a 8703e as well.

All the CDMA carriers (in the US) have the 8703e (it's the only 87xx available with CDMA)

Is there any way to configure the "today" items on this vodafone theme? IE: move the calander, email, and sms on top and so on... (not moving the menu items, but the today items)

Not true as stated above the 8703e is also in verizon and the voda is not the only today theme it is available in dimension as well. You can down load the today theme over the air (OTA), search it out, jibi has posted the link somewhere on here. also you cannot rearrange the today screen as of yet...
