BB hacked by activating BES
Please Login to Remove!
We have a crazy hacker who has hacked and taken over all of our equipment and he has also been able to do it to our BB's.
While away, had to turn on wi fi on and we believe through there he was able to activate this enterprise server and now he also has control of our blackberries.
In the event log we get these errors, and these PIN updating and modifying the software

We have tried to do a security wipe but we can't click on delete all installed applications, also memory clean is selected and we can't unselected as well as other feautures.
We did the wipe through the computer but it didn't work either.
And just to post this message was a big deal because he put a script on our pc's disbaling the logging app to this forum!
This guy (s) is a professional hacker and we are sure he was behind last year's 3 days bb service blackout.
We've already contacted the FBI, Interpol and local police but wanted to give all the heads up!

I find it a little odd how those three "PIN" numbers are found in this post's logs as well

Maybe they're not device PIN numbers, but some other set of numbers for internal purposes at RIM.

Oh don't worry, this will be all over the news....this is the most bizarre cyber stalking case in history
And I know it sucks to know that a BB can be hacked but such is life
Lumia, is ur name Mike Burdett by any chance?? The crazy hacker doing all of this?
And why r people surprised when it well known all can be hacked into and they hack everything, icluding gov sites, big companies.......plus, all is set to run in a business with IT management, hackers just take advantage of this....so just like an IT guy controls all computers, blackberries from his one computer, so do hackers

Well, it is hard to believe when BlackBerrys have been around for years, and there hasn't been one incident of them being successfully hacked. On top of that, BlackBerry is well known for their security.
Also, you still have yet to mention what makes you think you've been hacked. Any details on this and we could better understand your concerns.

I have not seen anything like this yet.
BB cant be hacked. maybe the BES server pass word was compromised and they went into BES and did a few things. I dont know how many hackers would even know what to do with BES. They want credit card info and bank accounts. they cant get that from BES.
