whenever I reboot my bb curve my wallpaper, ring tones, etc all get restored to default. I don't know if this is just how it is or is there some way I can fix it ? It's especially annoying when my phones battery runs out and I have to go through and set all my preferences again ! Help ?

Which curve do you have? There are many starting with the 8300 series and they are all somewhat different.

Please tell us that and also update your profile to show the model number instead of the device nickname.

I wasn't being rude atall, also there can you please be more specific on how to change it because I can't find anything in user CP linking me to edit my profile. What's an OS ?

I don't think there is a way to edit the forum profile using the mobile version.

I've got a Curve 9300 and when I re-boot mine goes back to what I was using....not to default.

It might be something that needs tweeking in your settings, but I don't know enough about it to tell you how to do it.

Maybe take the phone into a local phone shop and ask one of the young 'wizz kids' to have a look...
